MT7618B is a high current precision, high efficiency, high PF (PF>0.7), no flicker linear LED driver. With simple power structure, the output constant current can be achieved by a few peripheral components, which greatly reduce the system cost.

MT7618B integrates twin innovative constant current paths, one is the main current path to achieve constant current output and the other one is the charging loop to provide charging current for input electrolytic capacitor, which removes the output current ripple while realizing the high PF, no flicker is achieved.

MT7618B is embedded with high voltage power MOSFET and JFET supply circuit which simplifies the requirement of peripheral circuit.

MT7618B integrates thermal regulation function to balance the output power and system temperature. The output current reduces when the junction temperature goes higher than the threshold, which ensures system reliability.
